Appraisal Services are available for every personal property need (we do not do real estate). Our on staff appraiser, David Kushner, is a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), and has attained the designation of Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (CAPP), through that organization. He specializes in antiques and residential contents. His reports are all written to the standards required by the ISA and are compliant to the requirements of the IRS and the Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP). Investigation and Consultant services are also offered by Mr. Kushner to attorneys and insurance companies that are in need of appraisal reviews, fraud or false and inflated claim detection as well as disaster and damage claim appraising. He is licensed in the State of California (PI23862) as a private investigator bringing with him, in addition to 18 years experience as an appraiser, more than 35 years investigative experience with a major law enforcement agency. He is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI) and Professional Investigators of California Association (PICA).
